Does anyone know who Ane Pepper is? She is in her sixties, lived in Japan for a long time, is back in Atlanta living on Biscayne DR. Do not get in any kind of relationship with this woman. She is mentally instable.
Anne Pepper has had over six cases in court when she rents rooms and then has to be evicted. She collects things and is a Bipolar ADHD, hypo condriac with many, many issues. If you meet her, stay away from her. She is not right!
